Seminara Apartments incorporates Fina's restaurant and function room for those wishing to provide their guests with a unique experience of being on a tropical island in the middle of Moreton Bay's pristine waters, while still being so conveniently located only 45 minutes from Brisbane's CBD.

Seminara is able to provide a function room that can seat up to 100 delegates, theatre style, or 80 in a conference table setting. We enable you and your guests to gain the optimum benefit of serenity and inspiration being located high above the Islands stunning red cliffs and surrounded by birdlife and lush tropical beaches.

We are also able to provide team building packages which can include raft building exercises, kayaking, fishing, paddle-bikes, walking tracks, golf, tennis and lawn bowls.

For day seminars/conferences our fully catered kitchen can provide morning tea, lunch & dinner if required, which can be tailored to you by our restaurant's Chef.
